Alyssa Robbins is a Brooklyn based songwriter and composer. Throughout her four album catalog ("Wet Behind the Ears", "The Other Side of the World", "Our Time Was Here We Just Forgot To Be", & “Golden Heart”), she seamlessly combines folk, pop and straight up rock and roll. Her music videos have been featured on After Ellen, XO Jane and at the Brooklyn Music Video Festival.
Her performance on "We’re Not Kidding, A Tribute to Barry Louis Polisar" was awarded the 2010 Parent’s Choice Award, the National Parenting Publication Gold Award and a starred review in Booklist Magazine, a publication by the American Library Association. Currently she is on the film festival circuit promoting "Becks", a film loosely based on her life for which she co-wrote the soundtrack.
